If you are new to muaythai, this is the class you want to come to. You will learn everything from the base. The class is still intense. You will sweat and burn calories, you will also learn a lot!This class is a membership based class, to insure proper learning. And only 14 people in one class, so it’s not super busy.

If you have more than seven months of experience in muaythai, this is a class for you. You have more partner drills in this class, and less learning. The class is longer and more disciplined. This class is a membership based class, to insure proper learning. And only 14 people in one class, so it’s not super busy.

This is a pure conditioning class, it combines fitness exercises to fit you into a true muaythai specialist. All levels can join this class, it will be modified to your abilities. The classes are groups of 4 only. They fill up really fast. Book by session from mindbody.
